Christmas 2002

Our Christmas tree !

We begin our celebrations on Christmas eve at Katarina's apartment.  Måns and Katarina stand near her tree while mom plays Christmas songs on the piano.  At 1 p.m. we eat a Swedish Christmas feast of meatballs, fish, potatoes, sausages and ham.

Måns plays Santa Claus and hands out the gifts.  Mom gets a nice Swedish candle from Birre and Katarina opens up a garden bath set from Janie.

Måns and I open our new Swedish Texas shirts made by Julia!!

I got special gifts from Måns.  He made me a memory game using pictures of my own stuffed animals!  He also got me a new friend - Edward bear!!!

Måns opens up his new Wonderswan handheld game system from me!  It came all the way from Hong Kong.

Its now Christmas day and we begin to open our gifts at our own apartment!  Here I am with my new friend Larry the Leopard!  Måns got Futurama dvds, seasons 1 and 2 from me and Malin.  Mom opens her Hans Christian Anderson dvd.

Måns and I open some gifts together.  Here we are with new bears (Pickford and Tim).  Later we open a big bag of New Braunfels Beef Jerkey, but we can't decide who gets to keep it all!
